In compliance with the guidelines of the Management of the Electric Company, the Board of Directors and due to the new Administrative Policy Division guided by the country's highest Directorate, the creation of the UEB Manuel Tames is necessary, which arises from the merger of an important part of three territories Guantánamo, Yateras and Manuel Tames which gives it a greater scope to this municipality causing a modification of the structure of our company

This UEB will aim to prepare and maintain the Municipality that assimilate the changes that occur in the demand for electricity consumption and guarantee a service with the necessary quality and stability.

WORK SYSTEM

Supports the development of the planning, organization, regulation and control of the activities that sustain the leadership and management system for the fulfillment of its mission and its strategic objectives, all of which allow direct contact between the upper body and base.

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OF THE UEB MANUEL TAMES.

  1. Fulfill and enforce the policy established by the Functional Network and Commercial Directorates of the Electric Company for the operation and maintenance of the SEN, customer service and commercialization of Electric Power in the municipality.
  2. Plan, organize, direct and execute annual production plans on investments, maintenance of networks, new services, capacity increase, rehabilitation of measurements, in addition to plans for electrical losses, sales and collection in MN and MLC in the private and state sectors belonging to the municipality.
  3. Fulfill and enforce the policy established by the Commercial Directorate of the Electric Company for attention to the population's approaches.
  4. Meet and enforce the Strategic Objectives of the Electric Company, by managing the indicators of efficiencies, quality and the use of Integrated Management Systems.
  1. Guarantee the repair and maintenance of the power lines in their respective territories.
  1. Carry out the meter reading to determine the energy consumption to be billed.
  1. Execute the energy charge.
  1. Register and control accounting facts.
