Requirements.
- Being linked to the food service and making stable use of it;
- Not having economic income to pay for the service or that is insufficient;
- Lack of obligated relatives in a position to provide help.
Revision.
The deputy director of Prevention, Assistance and Social Work reconciles monthly with the Municipal Commerce and Gastronomy Company the beneficiaries who enjoy this service and receive monetary benefits from Social Assistance, of which a written record will be left.
When it is verified that the conditions that gave rise to protection have been modified in a favorable way for the beneficiary, or the beneficiary, unjustifiably does not go to receive the service, the Director of Municipal Work, at the proposal of the Deputy Director of Prevention , Assistance and Social Work, extinguishes the payment of the service, stating the decision in the file, with the corresponding justification.
It is the responsibility of the Ministry of Internal Trade, through the Municipal Commerce and Gastronomy Company, to notify the Municipal Labor Directorate of the non-use of the service by the person receiving the Social Assistance benefit.
